Remote Access Via Terminal Services

• NAS Terminal Services enables examiners to remotely connect to, and fully utilize EnCase Examiner workstation(s) to analyze servers and workstations over the network. The remote computer connecting to the EnCase Examiner workstation is not required to have EnCase software installed.
• Terminal Services also provides a solution for specific government and corporate clients who need to access forensic workstations at a secure location, which house servers containing evidence files for examination.

Flexible EnCase License Management

• NAS provides customers complete flexibility in EnCase software licensing as it enables EnCase licenses to be utilized in three ways:
  • Local on the Examiner computer
  • Remotely with Terminal Services
  • Across the network using the License Manager
